Grammy Award-winning Superstar Beyoncé has released her seventh studio album Renaissance worldwide via her imprint label Parkwood Entertainment in partnership with Sony Music which comes six years after the acclaimed Lemonade album.
The 16-track project includes the top 10 Billboard Hot 100 lead-off single "Break My Soul" and features collaborations and production by The-Dream, Nile Rodgers, NOVA, NO ID, Raphael Saadiq, Mike Dean, Honey Dijon, Chris Penny, Luke Solomon, Skrillex, Beam, Big Freedia, Grace Jones and Tems.
In a statement about the album, she says:
“Creating this album allowed me a place to dream and to find escape during a scary time for the world. It allowed me to feel free and adventurous in a time when little else was moving. My intention was to create a safe place, a place without judgment. A place to be free of perfectionism and overthinking. A place to scream, release, feel freedom. It was a beautiful journey of exploration. I hope you find joy in this music. I hope it inspires you to release the wiggle. Ha! And to feel as unique, strong, and sexy as you are.”
Beyoncé's official website offers limited edition vinyl, physical CD, digital album and much more.
