Congratulations are in order for Jazmine Sullivan as the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) updated their certifications for artists who have earned Gold, Platinum, Multi-Platinum and Diamond albums and singles sales in the US.
Sullivan's latest album Heaux Tales which peaked at No. 4 and No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 200 Albums and R&B Albums charts respectively have received a Gold certification for sales of 500,000 units sold.
Earlier this year Sullivan won her first Grammy Awards for Best R&B Album - Heaux Tales and Best R&B Performance - "Pick Up Your Feelings".
Heaux Tales is Sullivan's second RIAA certified album after her 2008 debut Fearless which was recently certified Platinum.
